Dr. Uloma Ibe is the founder of TRiiBE Medical and a board-certified family medicine physician who provides comprehensive care to patients of all ages. Known for her calm, welcoming, and compassionate approach, she is committed to helping patients feel heard, understood, and actively involved in their healthcare decisions.

Dr. Ibe earned her medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine and completed her Family Medicine residency at the University of Maryland Prince George’s Hospital Center. She is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians, a distinction recognizing her commitment to the specialty and the communities she serves.

In addition to caring for patients at TRiiBE Medical, Dr. Ibe serves as Chair of the Department of Family Medicine at University of Maryland Capital Region Health and as faculty for its Family Medicine Residency Program. Through these roles, she contributes to the education and mentorship of future physicians while supporting the continued growth of family medicine services in the community.

Dr. Ibe provides preventive care, chronic disease management, women’s health services, and evaluation and treatment for acute illnesses and injuries. She combines evidence-based medicine with a practical, holistic approach tailored to each patient’s individual needs, goals, and circumstances.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Ibe enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and children. She warmly welcomes patients to TRiiBE Medical and looks forward to partnering with them as they work toward healthier, more fulfilling lives.
